Appointment & Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be secured with a valid credit card at the time booking.

 

* 24-hour cancellation policy:

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

 

* Cancellations with 24 hours:

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or on the same day, the service fee or deposit will not be refunded.

 

* Same-day rescheduling:

A $40 rescheduling fee will apply if you choose to reschedule your appointment on the same day.

 

* No-show policy:

If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, the deposit will not be refunded

 

Credit card surcharge:

All payments made with a credit card may be subject to a surcharge depending on the card type.

 

Debit card payments are not subject to any surcharge.
